All documents are in Adobe PDF format. If you're having trouble viewing them the following fixes may solve the problem.
Fix 1
Make sure you have the most recent version of Adobe Reader. It can be found HERE.

Fix 2
1) Open Adobe Reader from Start->Programs.

2) Click Edit-> Preferences->Internet-> Uncheck Display PDF in Browser.

3) Click on Ok and close browser and Adobe.

4) Reopen your browser and try to view a document from our webpage.

Fix 3
If you're using Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) try the following process

Open IE9 go to Tools>Intenet options>Avanced tab> scroll down to Security section find
"Do not save encrypted pages to disk" and uncheck the box and click apply and close.

If you don't see "Tools" look for a gear icon in the upper right.

Fix 4
Try a different web browser, such as Chrome , Firefox, or Opera
